Various Dialing Applications and Uses

There are many purposes for which outbound Telecomputers are used.  They will save a tremendous amount of money and manpower to perform various outbound dialing and messaging chores; some of which are as follows:

Sales Lead Generating ("prospecting"):

• Sales Lead Generating – New Client Locating - Sales Prospecting - for obtaining prospects (sales-leads) for later follow-up.  This is the most productive and cost-effective method for "new-customer" prospecting, in the world today.
   
• Telephone Soliciting – Important: Be sure to check state and federal laws and restrictions before attempting actual "soliciting". The term "soliciting" is usually and typically defined as "asking for money" (at the time of the call).
   
• Outbound Telemarketing – "Live" sales calls handled by "live" sales-people using the "attended mode" or "predictive" features.
   
• "Special Sale" Announcements- "We're having a sale on Saturday…" or: "….this offer is strictly for previous customers of……" or: "…upgrades are available for a limited time only……"

                       

• Appointment Reminders - Patient Appointment Reminders by Doctors, Dentists, Chiropractors, Veterinarians, Schools, etc.

• Political Electioneering – Running for public office?  These devices have proven to be effective in obtaining the required votes to even get "under-dogs" elected into office.

• Announcements of any other kind.  
   
• Clientele Management – keeping in contact with clients, automatically. 
   
• "Happy Wishes" – "Happy birthday"," Merry Christmas", "Happy Hanukkah", "Happy Holidays", etc.
   
• Problem Solving- "If you have this problem, give us a call at…"
   
• Etc. – The potential uses are endless.  True Telecomputers are capable of generating between 20,000 to 40,000 "contacts", per line, per month. (Just think of the possibilities.  Telecomputers are the least expensive means of contacting people (or of advertising), in the world today.  Can "you" add to this list of uses and their potential?)

* Note:  We do not suggest using standard "autodialers" (99% of the PC based systems available on the marketplace are usually just converted PC predictive dialers or converted PC voice mail systems).  While "autodialers" can usually be purchased cheap, they are very poor in efficiency and usually will perform illegally (holding lines open, not disconnecting in a timely fashion, etc.) and will get you in trouble.  Not only that, (due to "miss-fires") you will need 2, 3, or 4 times as many phone lines using an "autodialer" to do the same amount of "contacts" that a true "Telecomputer" will produce.  Be sure that you request ONLY a true "Telecomputer" as they have proven to be up to 4 times more efficient.

Please note that the term "autodialer" is a very broad term for anything that can dial a telephone.  It is like calling something a "vehicle".  A vehicle can be anything that transports you; from a skateboard to a rocket ship and everything in between.  Let the buyer beware!  Be sure to take the time to become educated before parting with your hard-earned money.
