Major Features: "BUILD-YOUR-OWN" CALLING LISTS.....
This is absolutely the MOST VALUABLE feature in this device. Many PC-BASED systems either do not have
this ability, or have an inferior version of this ability. With this feature, you have the ability to 'build' your own calling list. By dialing ALL of the possible numbers
in any particular prefix, you will obtain a list of ALL working numbers. The "GOLD" is in the 'unlisted' numbers. More people are electing to have their
phone numbers unlisted. In California alone, over 61% of all working phone numbers are unlisted. In Sacramento, California, this percentage is even higher. How many numbers are
unlisted in YOUR state? You cannot obtain unlisted numbers from any other source. The "TeleRobot4" will 'scramble'and call all
10,000 numbers in any particular prefix & sort all the called numbers into various files, such as: 1) people that answer "hello," 2) answering machines, 3)
businesses, 4) fax machines, and, 5) numbers that are not in service. The system will 'build' various lists of numbers on its first 'pass' through each 'prefix'
. You will then have more 'good' numbers than from any other source. By filing the various lists that it has created; the next time you call that particular 'prefix' ,
you only have to target and call the 'good-working'phone numbers. Also, you now have a list of 'FAX' numbers to whom you can fax any printed literature.
Many PC-BASED telecomputers are designed 'the-lazy-way', to rely on what they call a 'phone disk', from where a list of 'listed' phone numbers is
extracted. 'Phone-Disks' (CD-ROM's) are typically 'out-of-date' and inaccurate. The phone books from where they obtain those num bers, reportedly are out-of-date by more than 20% when they hit the street. By
using phone books, phone disks and other 'lists', you miss ALL of the "Gold Nuggets" and get strictly "gold dust." Is that
what YOU want? I hope not! I surely wouldn't! The "TeleRobot4" can also use this method; however, by 'random calling all 10,000 numbers' you will build a 'clean list' that
nobody else has. True, you may waste a small amount of time on the first pass through each prefix! Nevertheless, look at all of the "Gold Nuggets"
you will obtain by this, ever-so-slight, extra time spent. Using this method, the TeleRobot4 (four-line) will be much more productive than people who are calling listed numbers with their
8, 12 or 16 line systems. Believe me, this feature IS well worth the time to utilize!
Dual-Message Delivery to a "Hello" or to an "Answering Machine" –
You now have the ability to deliver one message to a person that picks up the phone who says "hello"; and/or a totally different message to
someone who has an "answering machine" pick up the phone. Example: ("live" person picks up the phone and says "hello") The TeleRobot4 will start to deliver the
"hello" message. Example:
- "Hello. I'm calling to let you know that you paid too much for your long distance phone service last month. If you would like to eliminate this
problem next month, please give us your name now. (pause and record name). Thank you. Now, please let us know what number you wish for us
to call you back, along with the best time of the day to do so. (pause & record response). Thank you very much. We will get back to you shortly."
Now, if an answering machine picks up the phone, a totally different message can be transmitted, such as the following example:
- "Hi. This is John calling. I've been trying to reach you all this week to let you know that you spent too much money on your long distance phone
calls last month. If you wish to eliminate this problem next month, please give me a call at 555-2222 and I will help you. I'm usually at this number
from 10:30 a.m. to at least 4 or 5 p.m. Talk to you later."
With this feature, you can now deliver your message no matter who or what picks up the telephone, thereby expanding your lead generating capabilities greatly.
"CALL-TRANSFER" CAPABILITIES – Do you want to transfer your outbound prospects to a "live" operator? No problem! Now you have the ability
to call "suspects" with an outbound message. If the "suspects" become "prospects" who WANT to speak to a "live" operator, then they may do so. Example:
- "Hello! I'm calling to let you know that you were charged too much for long distance phone service last month. If you would like to eliminate this
problem next month, you may speak to us immediately to correct this situation. At the sound of the tone, please press the "0" (Zero) key on
your telephone's touch-tone keypad. If you would rather just leave your name and phone number to have someone call you back, please press the "1" (One)
key on your telephone… (etc.)."
With this feature, you may speak to the prospect immediately while he is "hot", or you can get his name and number and call him back within the next 24 hours
and still have a "hot" prospect. Slick, very slick indeed, huh?
USER FRIENDLY.....and VERY EASY TO OPERATE! This system is by far the easiest PC-based system to operate, on the market today, bar none! Afraid
of making a mistake? Well, don't worry! This system has all kinds of 'pop-up menu's' that continually monitor and warn you of things that you may have
forgotten to do! When doing 'task intensive' commands, a 'progress bar' shows you that the system IS working! Many systems on the market do NOT have
progress bars' and/or even 'hour glass' icons. With those poorly-designed systems, you don't know what (or 'if') the system is 'doing' anything at all.
Then, you start pounding on the keyboard, and....oops....the system crashes! With the TeleRobot4, this will NOT be a worry.

are available in the current marketplace, are priced way out of line. Not only is the TeleRobot4 priced lower than most 'Windows'-based systems, it is also the MOST EFFICIENT system available on

Besides the 'random-number-generation'calling method described above, you can also
enter phone numbers manually, or import numbers from standard computer ASCII text files. You may use your own floppy disks or CD-ROM's from your own data
base, OR from "list" companies. Then, you can easily 'import' those ASCII text files into the TeleRobot4's, main computers hard drive. If you elect to use
'random-phone-number-generation', the system will 'scramble' and call all 10,000 numbers in a prefix. The "TeleRobot4" will have sorted all those numbers
into various files. Then you can store those files into the "TeleRobot4" systems' hard drive, and/or, on floppy disks. This system is very versatile indeed!
"DO-NOT-CALL" LIST.....You can
create a "Do-Not-Call" list. By entering ALL phone numbers that you do NOT want the system to call (such as
police, fire department and other emergency numbers, hospitals, people that ask you not to call, etc.); you can be assured that the system will not be 'bugging'
those people or institutions. The TeleRobot4 will automatically check this 'do-not-call' list and NEVER call numbers in that list. Pretty slick, huh??!!! The
FCC and many States request that you maintain a 'do-not-call' list. With this system, satisfying that request is simple and easy. CALLS BACK "BUSIES" & "NO ANSWERS"....."Busies" every 10 minutes (adjustable); "No-Answers" after 7:00 P.M. "CALLER-ID" BLOCKING.....To
"block" or "not-to-block"! Your choice Assures YOUR complete privacy!

Dialing Out Modes:
"HELLO" Mode.....When the TeleRobot4 dials out (with the 'Hello' option
button selected): If the called party answers the phone with any short word (such as "hello" or "yes" or "hi"
); the "TeleRobot4" will then deliver the message. Any other response (such as a business, answering machine, operator intercept,
voice mail system, etc.) will cause the system to hang up the line and file that number into its respective 'file' category. Upon disconnecting , the system will
dial the next number to be called. "BUSINESS" Mode.....When the 'Business' mode option button is selected, the TeleRobot4 will determine if a business answered the phone. The length-of-time that the called party uses to respond, determines
this. Example: "XYZ Company, may I help you?". Note that their response is longer than a "hello" and shorter than what an
answering machine or voice mail system's response would be. In this mode, the TeleRobot4 will normally only speak to businesses. This is NOT 100% foolproof; however, the
TeleRobot4 has proven to have the highest accuracy rate, in the ability to distinguish various responses. "ANSWERING MACHINE" Mode
.....When the 'Ans-Mach' mode is
selected, the TeleRobot4 will dial out. When the system reaches an answering machine, it will wait for the answering machine to stop talking. Then, it will
deliver the outgoing message, which that answering machine will record. Again, this mode is not 100% foolproof. Many different styles of answering machines
and different length answering machine messages exist. However, for the most part, the bulk of your 'outgoing' script should get recorded onto most 'called-parties' answering machines.
"CONSENT" Mode.....When the 'Consent' mode option is selected, the TeleRobot4 will dial out. When the called party answers the phone, your message 'should'
ask for permission to play a recorded message. The "TeleRobot4" will then wait for the called party to push the "# 1" key on his or
her touch tone phone, before continuing with the message. Example: "Hello, I'm calling you today with a very important message. If you wish to listen to this
message, please push the number "1" key on your touch tone phone, after this beep....'beep' ...!" Now, when the called party pushes the "# 1 " key, the
message will continue. If the called party does not push the #"1" key, the "TeleRobot4" dialer
will hang up. This method of calling usually satisfies States that require 'consent' from 'called parties' before playing any recorded message. "ATTENDED" Mode .....When the
'Attended' mode is selected and the called party answers the phone, a 'human operator' can be online to handle that call. The operator could then ask if the called party
wouldn't mind listening to a recorded message. If the called party gives permission, the operator can then start the system to play the message. "PREDICTIVE" Mode.....If the
'Predictive' mode is selected, the "TeleRobot4" will dial out. When the called party answers the phone, a message asking them to "........please hold the line for Mr.
(orMrs.) So-'n-So.......", is played to them. The 'Operator' (you, or, your 'salesperson') will be 'standing-by' and will be alerted to
'pick-up-the-line'. This method is very productive for small companies who want their sales people to be constantly 'on-line' speaking to prospects.
In Conclusion:
- This system has so many more features that we do not have the space to completely explain or to list them all, without overwhelming you. Features such as: 1)
Ability to delete various number groups in a current 'Open Database'; 2) Ability to delete blocks of numbers between "#" and "#"...or...'hangup'
numbers...or... '3-tone' (non-working) numbers...or...'successful' numbers...or...'Fax' numbers...or... 'ALL' numbers, etc.; 3) Ability to 'refresh'
(redo) ANY list of numbers; 4) Ability to 'Sort-N-Save' numbers into various categories; etc. You can even adjust your time-slots for each of the seven days of the week.
- Want "details" of your calling sessions??? No problem! You can obtain details of: 1) ALL the calls; 2) Successful Responses; 3) Disconnect Hangups;
4) Disconnect 3-tone signals / phone company 'intercepts'; 5) Disconnect 'FAX'; 6) Businesses / Answering Machines; 7) Answering Machines; 8) 'No-Answers';
9) "Busies"; 10) 'Consent-Denial', and even: 11) 'Not-Yet-Dialed' numbers.
Want to find 'specific number(s)' in the files? No problem! The TeleRobot4 has a built-in 'Number Editor' that allows you to: 1)
Add; 2) Find; 3) Delete; or 4) list numbers that you do NOT want to call.
