  • Totally digital system utilizing the latest technology in the industry.

  • No tape decks or drives to break down!

  • All inbound and outbound voice is digital!

..and much more!

compact system of its type available on the market today.  The Telecommunications Industry has made great strides over the years; however, the technology has not kept pace with the PC Computer Industry ... at least, not until NOW!

By using co-processing, high-speed design chips and industry standard RAM design memory, a fully upgradeable unit has emerged light-years ahead of anything else on the market today.  Absolutely NOTHING even remotely emulates this system.  In order to get even close to the features, speed and efficiency of this unit, one would need to spend many more $$$ dollars and utilize very bulky full-blown computers which are very difficult to move and which will take up considerably more desk space.

A brief recap of many of the most important features is as follows:

Overview:

  • TeleRobot2 is a 2-line out-bound / in-bound message delivery system
    • 1. It can automatically make telephone calls at any pre-set time of your choosing.

      2. It can deliver the same message "out-bound", on 2 phone lines;
or, you can use one line for "out-bound" calls and the second line for "in-bound"; or, you may use both lines for "in-bound" calls.

      3. If you wish, you can also deliver a specific message to a specific phone number at a specific time.

  • TeleRobot2 has the ability to make up to 40,000 or 60,000 (or more) "contacts" per month!

  • TeleRobot2 has Multi-Message Capability.  It can deliver ("out-bound or "in-bound") up to 60 separate messages to your clients, prospects or contacts.  In the "out-bound" mode you may select which message you want delivered to any number or set-of-numbers stored in memory.

  • TeleRobot2 has the ability to meet most, if not all legal requirements established by local, state and federal rules.

  • TeleRobot2 is a totally digital system.  All "out-bound" and "in-bound" voice is stored using digital technology.  There are no tape drives.

  • Typical Uses for the TeleRobot2: Sales Lead Prospecting, Telemarketing, Announcements of any kind, Appointment Reminders, Notification of any kind, Emergency Alerts, Political Purposes, Surveys and Polls, etc.; (please see our Home Page which goes into more detail).

Extremely Important Features:

  • "Do-Not-Call" Number List – This device has the ability to store "Do-Not-Call" Numbers, from any source (including individual keyboard input; or input from CD's; or input from computer files, etc.).

  • "Consent-Mode-Calling" feature – In some jurisdictions there may be rulings that require permission to play a commercial message.  The TeleRobot2 can perform this function, with ease.

  • Six (6) Disconnect Methods – The TeleRobot2 has six (6) distinct and important methods of disconnecting, more than any other known system in the world.  They are as follows:
    • 1. "Click" Disconnect - This feature makes it possible for the system to detect when the "called-party" hangs up, and will disconnect when it hears the "click" , at that time.

      2. CPC Disconnect - In case the "click" detect is ever disabled, the system will still hang up by the detection of a CPC pulse typically generated by the phone company over the phone line.

      3. Dial Tone Disconnect – Upon the hearing of "dial tone", the unit will disconnect.

      4. "Off –Hook" Signal Disconnect – On the hearing of "off-hook" tones (rapid "beep-beep-beep").

      5. "Consent-Mode" Disconnect – When in the "Consent-Mode", the "called-party "is advised to press the #1 key on their telephones touch-tone keypad in order to "receive the message".  If the "called-party" says nothing or if they don not press the #1 key within 5 seconds (or if they hang-up) the TeleRobot2 will disconnect immediately and make the next call.

      6. "No "Called-Party" Response Disconnect – You may set the TeleRobot2 to disconnect if the "called-party" does not answer 1, 2 or 3 questions, at your option.

  •  Build "Your-Own-Calling-List" Automatically - This is the most valuable feature on this device.  With this feature, you have the ability to build your own calling list by dialing ALL of the possible numbers in a prefix. (The unit automatically scrambles the numbers by dialing every 10th or 200th number and filling in the missed numbers, eventually calling all the numbers in the prefix.)  With this ability, you can obtain a list of ALL working numbers in a prefix, listed and unlisted.  The Gold is in the unlisted numbers.  In California alone, over 61% of all numbers are unlisted.  How many are unlisted in your state?  You cannot obtain unlisted numbers from any other source.  The TeleRobot2 can obtain and file numbers in various categories such as: 1) residential numbers, 2) answering machines, 3) business numbers, 4) fax numbers, and 5) numbers that are out of service.  By having the TeleRobot2 build the various lists for you, you will obtain an up-to-date list, which is not available from any source.  ALL lists, which are for sale on the market, are "dirty" (out-of-date).  Phone books are out-of-date by at least 20% when they are delivered to your door; "phone-disks" (CD phone disks) may very well be even more out of date.  By using phone books, CD phone disks, and other lists, you miss all of the "Gold Nuggets" and get strictly "gold dust".  The beauty of this method is: the next time you call through the list that you have created, you will have a clean list.  True, you will waste some time in your first pass through any given prefix; but, look at all the good "Gold Nuggets" that you will obtain by the ever-so-slight extra time spent.  Believe me, it is well worth it!

  • "Legal-Dialing-Times" Safeguard – The TeleRobot2  has incorporated an automatic clock restriction whereby the unit will NOT call before 9 AM, nor after 9 PM.

Dialing Features:

  • Three  (3) Dialing Methods = Program Dialing and Interval Dialing & "Jump Dialing":

    1. Program Dialing – Using this mode, you can either enter specific phone numbers by hand or you can download files of numbers from a host computer, into TeleRobot2' s memory.  The basic system will hold 10,000 individually, programmed phone numbers.
  • 2. Interval Dialing – You can have the TeleRobot2 automatically build a list of numbers into its memory using the interval-dialing method.  You can automatically enter a list of 10,000 numbers into memory; both "listed" and "unlisted" numbers.  Or, you can enter up to 50 separate prefixes (which contain 500,000 numbers), if you wish.  After the TeleRobot2 finishes the entire prefix, you can save the numbers that it called in various files (see: "Save Called Number Lists" below).

    3. Optional Interval Dialing (Jump Dialing) – (This feature is used in conjunction with the Interval Dialing feature mentioned above).  If you have large blocks of numbers that you do not want to call, such as: government offices, hospitals, huge companies that command a large phone list, large blocks of numbers that are not used (such as in new exchanges, etc.); you can skip over those blocks of numbers using this feature. These blocks of numbers can be easily found by using a "cris-cross" phone directory at your local library and other locations.  We supply "how-to" details.

  •  Attended Mode or Un-Attended Mode calling – You have the option of being able to interact (attend) with the called party at any time during the call, or have the TeleRobot2 work totally un-attended.

  •  Duplicate number alert - If you accidentally enter a "duplicate" phone number, the TeleRobot2 will alert you of the mistake by sounding a "beep"

  • "Search and Edit" Numbers – Once you have created a file of numbers, you can upload them into a host computer for storage and editing.  If you numbers are still in the TeleRobot2' s memory, you may easily locate any specific phone number and edit or delete it, if you wish.  You may also scroll quickly from the front to the back of your number file.

  • Number-Memory Retention – When manually entering numbers and they are all in the same area code or prefix, you need to enter the area code and prefix only once.  After that you need to enter only the last 4 numbers of each phone number in that area code and prefix.  Saves precious time using this shortcut.

  • Save "Called Numbers" List – After each completed call, the TeleRobot2 will install each number into various files or categories (for future reference or use).  For example, after each day's calling, you will have numbers in the following files:  a) Numbers that were "busy", b) "No-answer" numbers, c) Numbers that are "not-in-service", d) Modems, e) Fax Machines, f) Answering machines, g) People that TeleRobot2said "hello" who listened to the message but didn't respond to any questions, h) People that said "hello" and did respond to question(s), i) Hang-ups, and j) business numbers.  After any calling session, you can separate the various files of numbers and decide 1) which ones that you wish to keep, 2) which numbers you wish to re-dial right away, 3) which numbers that you wish to upload into a host computer (or floppy disk) for future re-dialing, or 4) which numbers that you wish to erase from memory.  The next time you call the "saved" list, you will be able to call only "good" numbers and not waste time on "bad" numbers that are not productive.  You may do this "cleaning" process to any list: a) a programmed list of numbers, b) a list generated from "interval" dialing, or c) a list from a CD Rom or other purchased list.

  • "Interval-Program" Dialing (2 Different Programs) – With this feature, you can record 2 messages into the memory and deliver 1 message during one time period in 1 day by "Interval Dialing", and deliver the second message during a different time period on that same day to a "Programmed" list of numbers..

  • Clock Timer Mode - Up to 3 Multiple Start & Stop Times per Day – You can also tell it not to dial on certain days or certain hours of the day.

  • Re-dial "Busies" - If your TeleRobot2 reaches a busy number, it will attempt to call again every 15 minutes.  You also have a choice to have it re-dial that number from 0 times to 9 times.

  • Re-dial "No Answers" – If your TeleRobot2 reaches a number that does not answer (No-Answer) it will call back that number from 1 to 3 times per day (your choice) until it reaches someone on the line.

  • True Voice Activation – The TeleRobot2 can ask a series of questions.  At the end of the question, the "called-party" just answers as if a human had asked the question.  You may prompt the called-party with a "tone" or you may elect to not have a tone-prompt; it's your option (see "Called-Party" below). Plus, the unit records only voice responses…no dead air.

  • "Called-Party" Response Prompts (Beep Tone) option - After a question you can prompt the "called-party" to start talking at the sound of a "beep" tone.  Or, you can eliminate the "beep" tone, and make the message sound as life-like and natural as possible.

  • Record Response - You can choose to record or not to record any response from the called party.  If you are only going to make announcements, naturally you would not ask questions and not record responses.

  • Playback Responses – Only "responses" are recorded.  (No part of your outbound message is recorded.)  No "dead air" is recorded.  Only "responses" are played back.

  • Announce Only Mode – This mode is normally used when you do not require a response or cannot get a response (as is the case when talking to an answering machine).  Used mainly for political announcements, patient appointment reminders, or notification of any type, etc.

  • Adjustable Response Time - People in the South talk slower than those in New York.  You have the ability to adjust the "set" time for the "hello" and "business chip".   Adjustments can be made in 1/10th second increments so the system can be fine-tuned to your particular calling area.

  • Call Transfer Feature – If you wish, you can have any particular call transferred to any phone number that you choose; and, connect you with the "called-party" .  You can even have music playing while the call is being transferred.

  • "Silent" Mode Feature – This is similar to the above "Call Transfer Feature" except that with this feature, the 'called-party" is placed on "hold".  In this mode, the Tele-Robot-2 will be running on your desk, completely silent.  You will be alerted that the "called-party" wishes to speak to you.

  • Touch-Tone Polling Feature – If you wish to do a public opinion poll or other poll, you can ask yes/no questions and have the "called-party" respond by pushing any of the 10 number keys on their phone.  The built-in printer on the TeleRobot2 can print out the phone number and the results after each call.

  • Branching – TeleRobot2 can make an "out-going" call, make an opening statement and then allow the called party to choose which message they want to hear.

  • "Out-of-Numbers" Call Report - If the system runs out of numbers, you can have it call you at another phone number to let you know that it needs some "attention".

  • Dials "Strings-of-Numbers" - When using some long distance services you need to first dial a local access number, then your security code, then the area code and then the number that you want to call.  The TeleRobot2 will perform these functions, with ease.

  • Programmable by Remote Phone - From a remote phone you can record a message; tell the TeleRobot2  which block of numbers to call and set the time sessions to make those calls.

  • Number Transfer and Verify - If you've entered numbers into the memory of the TeleRobot2 you can transfer those numbers to a floppy diskette or host computer for storage and later re-dialing.

  • Download Numbers - You can download numbers into or out-of  the TeleRobot2's memory from or to a floppy diskette or host computer.

  • Reads and Sorts Numbers from Text – The TeleRobot2 has the ability to separate phone numbers from lines of text which are being downloaded from a host computer.

  • Sort's Numbers - Can sort phone numbers in numerical order for printing out or storage (even though they were entered into the system in a random way).

  • Adjustable Ring Time - When the TeleRobot2 makes a call, you can have it let the line ring for 15 seconds or more.  You can increase this ringing time by 5-second increments up to 2 minutes.

  • Rotary or Touch-Tone Dialing – The TeleRobot2 can dial in rotary pulse or you may select different touch-tone dialing speeds, if you wish.

Outbound Message Delivery Features:

  • "Hello" Response Only Message Delivery – The "hello chip" allows the system to deliver its message to people who only say "hello".   If you use the "hello chip" it will TeleRobot2typically only deliver its message to residences who answer the phone with "hello", and will, in most cases, disconnect on businesses, answering machines, modems, fax machines, operator intercepts, and "number-not-in-service" recordings.

  • "Business" Response Only Message Delivery - If you use the "business chip" for calling it will deliver its message to "hello" and to businesses, but hang up on all the other responses on the phone line.

  • "Hello", "Business", "Answering Machine"  (ABC feature) - If you enable this feature it stores 3 separate, distinct messages in memory.   When it makes a call and someone answers the phone with a "hello", it automatically delivers the "A" message (which is tailored for a typical residence). If it reaches a business, it automatically delivers the "B" message  (which is tailored for a business).  If it reaches an answering machine, it delivers the "C" message (specially worded for an answering machine).

  • ABX Feature - Using this feature the system holds the "A" (for "hello") and "B" (for "business") messages in memory.  When it reaches an answering machine during the day's dialing session, it stores that number for redialing in the evening when most people are at home and have shut off their answering machine.  Then it delivers the "A" message.

  • 50 / 50 Out-bound & In-bound Feature - You can choose to have the system pause from 1 to 99 seconds in between making "out-going "calls, to receive "in-coming calls" .  You can ask up to 5 questions.

  • Sophisticated Answering Machine - Your system can make "out-bound " calls on one line and receive "in-bound " calls on the other line.

Inbound Message Retrieval:

  • "Responses-To-Questions" Retrieval – Only the responses to questions are recorded.  No part of the outbound message is recorded.

  • "Best Time To Call Back" Phone numbers - When you listen to the responses (or sales leads); the phone number, the time, and the day the call was made are recorded and displayed on the built-in screen. If the "called party" didn't leave a callback time, that person who left the response(s) is likely to be home at the same time on the next day.

  •  Remote Retrieval - You may call the TeleRobot2 up from any other telephone in the world and retrieve your responses (or sales prospecting leads).   .

  • Pause Dialing - You can command the TeleRobot2 to stop dialing and making outbound calls for 2 minutes every hour if you wish.  This will give "you" an opportunity to call up the TeleRobot2 up (from any remote telephone) and retrieve your sales prospecting leads or messages.

Other Major Features:

  • Recording and Editing your Messages - You can have your messages recorded professionally or you can record your own outgoing or incoming message by using a microphone.

  • Alternate "Consent Mode" or "Permission Mode" Feature – Variation of "Consent Mode" feature.

  • Voice Mail Capability – Full branching capability for either "in-bound" or "out-bound "contacts.
